All bookings are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability. A quoted fare is confirmed in writing (email, WhatsApp or SMS) before travel and applies to the route and time agreed. Changes to the route, timing or passenger count may adjust the fare, which we will re-confirm before proceeding.
We accept cash, card and bank transfer. Corporate clients may arrange monthly invoicing on approved accounts. Full payment terms are stated with each quote. VAT is applied where required by law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Free cancellation is generally available up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup, unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation. Late cancellations and no-shows may incur a charge up to the full fare, depending on the service and vehicle reserved.
Our chauffeurs are licensed, background-checked and trained. Vehicles are inspected before dispatch. We reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of equivalent or higher class where necessary, at no additional cost to you.
We maintain comprehensive insurance on all vehicles. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the booking. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, road closures or force majeure.
Intercity and cross-border transfers (including Riyadh to Dubai and Riyadh to Bahrain) are provided on request and may require additional documentation, permits or notice. Passengers are responsible for holding valid travel documents where a border crossing is involved.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh.
